Cordata Intelligence Inc. is a company based in British Columbia, Canada. We build information and engagement software for communities and the organizations that serve them, including Agenda Radar, which is sold directly from this website.

Using our website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site except as permitted by law.
• Introduce malware or interfere with how the site works for others.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the names Cordata Intelligence, Atlas Insites, Cordata Workplace, and Agenda Radar — are owned by or licensed to Cordata Intelligence and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Products and purchases

Paid products such as Agenda Radar are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is shown on the relevant product page in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed by Stripe, and the specific billing, renewal, and service terms for Agenda Radar are set out in the Agenda Radar Subscription Terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-party links and services

Our site links to third-party sites and services (for example, atlasinsites.com and Stripe’s checkout). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

Our website and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Agenda Radar summarizes publicly available municipal records to help you stay informed; it is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should verify information against the official source documents before acting on it. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it captures every relevant item.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordata Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cordata Intelligence harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or services or your breach of these Terms.
