Agenda Radar Subscription Terms

The service

Agenda Radar monitors publicly available municipal records across the municipalities you select and delivers a periodic email briefing of the items relevant to your chosen categories and keywords. The features, number of municipalities, number of recipients, and delivery frequency depend on the plan you choose, as described on the pricing page.

Plans and pricing

• Plans. Radar, Radar Pro, and Radar Team, each available with monthly or annual billing. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.
• Currency. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST/PST), which will be added where required and shown at checkout.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing for future billing periods. We will give active subscribers reasonable advance notice by email, and the new price applies on your next renewal.

Billing and automatic renewal

• Recurring charges. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select — through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
• Authorization. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the recurring fee plus applicable taxes each period until you cancel.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be collected.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal (the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt or billing emails) or by emailing hello@cordataintelligence.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Setup and delivery

After checkout, we configure the municipalities and categories you selected and begin delivering briefings. Your first briefing typically arrives within a few business days; daily plans begin on the next monitoring cycle. You may ask us to change the municipalities, categories, recipients, or keywords on your plan at any time, within your plan’s limits, by emailing us.

Acceptable use

The briefings are provided for your and your organization’s own business use. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish the briefings as a standalone product or service.
• Share access or delivery beyond the recipients permitted by your plan.
• Use the service to violate any law or third party’s rights.

Accuracy and no professional advice

Agenda Radar summarizes publicly available municipal records to help you stay informed. While we work to make briefings accurate and complete, we do not guarantee that every relevant item is captured or that summaries are error-free, and the service is not legal, financial, planning, or other professional advice. Always verify items against the linked official source documents before relying on them. Our liability is limited as set out in the general Terms of Service.

Privacy

How we handle your subscriber information is described in the Agenda Radar Privacy Notice and our main Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
