Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions from Cordata Intelligence Inc. — currently the Agenda Radar service. It works alongside the Agenda Radar Subscription Terms.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time — there are no cancellation fees. To cancel, use the Stripe billing portal (the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt or billing emails) or email hello@cordataintelligence.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and it will not renew after that.

Refunds

  • Monthly plans. Monthly charges are for the period they cover and are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the current month.
  • Annual plans — 14-day satisfaction window. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial annual charge for a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, the remainder of the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.
  • Renewals. Because subscriptions renew automatically and we notify you before each renewal, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we’ll review it in good faith.
  • Billing errors and duplicate charges. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we’ll refund it in full.

If something’s wrong

We want you to get value from Agenda Radar. If the service isn’t delivering what you expected, email hello@cordataintelligence.com and tell us what happened — we’d rather fix the problem or work something out with you than have you stuck with a plan that isn’t working. Refunds beyond what’s described above are at our discretion and are considered case by case.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we process a refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law requires a refund or remedy that is more generous than this policy, that law applies.
